As the financial engine for Ford, Ford Credit is at the heart of the customer experience, transforming the way people access and interact with vehicle finance on a global scale.
You'll help continue to build upon the foundation for user experience design working in a small cross-functional team to deliver customer-centric experiences that engage and delight our customers.
As a Senior Digital Product Designer, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end experience for our digital platforms. You will work in close collaboration with product managers, taking design ideas from inception to delivery.You will be at the forefront of setting strategic design direction for our financial suite of products and championing the voice of the user throughout our organisation.
The product org and design team within Ford Credit Europe are both newly formed, and therefore we are seeking an individual comfortable navigating ambiguity, willing to help contribute to and help to formulate processes to be rolled out within the team alongside strategic guidance from design leadership, whilst fostering a supportive and collaborative spirit with our cross-functional product partners.
You have 5+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer or Product Designer, or equivalent, with ideally 2 years at a senior level.
You have a proven track record of leading end-to-end design projects, where you imagined and delivered entirely new experiences and successfully shipped web and mobile products that solved real problems for real people.
You have advanced knowledge of tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.You are used to working at pace and leveraging other functions' expertise to deliver high-quality finished products.
You have strong visual design and interaction design skills and hold yourself to high standards. You have worked with design systems to produce beautiful and functional design that scales.
You are comfortable providing clear rationale and logical reasoning for your design decisions based on research, data, business and market insight, and intuition.
