    Description
    Primary School Key Stage 2 Educator (September) - Stoke-On-Trent

    Are you a qualified and experienced instructor seeking a fresh challenge? Do you hold a strong enthusiasm for guiding young minds in Key Stage 2? We are in search of dedicated and adept Educators to join Aspire People in Stoke-On-Trent for providing PPA cover throughout Key Stage 2 from September 2023 to September 2024.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide top-notch teaching and learning experiences to Key Stage 2 pupils during PPA sessions.
    • Implement the current curriculum and work schemes, ensuring a smooth flow and advancement in education.
    • Work collaboratively with the Key Stage 2 teaching team to design captivating and inclusive classes.
    • Evaluate student development, offer feedback, and document observations following school guidelines.
    • Establish a welcoming and inspiring educational atmosphere that nurtures each child's growth.
    • Cultivate positive connections with students, caregivers, and peers to foster a supportive learning environment.
    • Uphold the institution's principles and sustain a secure and respectful classroom setting.
    • Engage in broader school activities by attending meetings, functions, and professional growth events.

    Requirements:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
    • Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
    • Profound comprehension of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and fitting teaching methods for different age groups.
    • Remarkable classroom management capabilities and the talent to captivate and motivate youngsters.
    • Excellent communication and social abilities to effectively collaborate with students, colleagues, and caregivers.
    • Capability to craft and provide innovative and tailored classes that meet the students' varied requirements.
    • Skillful assessment and record-keeping proficiencies to monitor student advancement.
    • Devotion to continuous professional improvement and a dedication to keeping up-to-date with educational advancements.
