As our Early Careers Lead, you might have the option for hybrid working, combining time in the office and working from home. This flexible approach is voluntary and the specified location will be your main work site.
Our opportunity is a full-time position of 37 hours per week, but we are open to considering part-time applicants and job sharing arrangements. We value our team members and strive to find a working schedule that suits everyone.
As one of the Early Careers Leads in the People Development Team, you will oversee the Early Careers program, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Your expertise will help expand and improve the program, with a focus on the Graduate Development Scheme initially.

As an Early Careers Lead, you can earn up to £57,639 per year, inclusive of benefits.
