    Are you a compassionate, dedicated nurse looking for a rewarding career? We're looking for a Clinical Service Manager to join our client's care home team. Our client is a leading care company that truly values kindness and is dedicated to providing the highest level of care.

    As a Clinical Service Manager, you will enjoy an annual salary of up to £52,873 based on 40 hours a week. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a multi-professional team in a constantly evolving field, and make a real difference to the lives of residents and their families.

    As a Clinical Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
    • Taking responsibility for a specific part of the home and delivering the highest level of care.
    • Running the home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager.
    • Providing mentorship and sharing your knowledge with colleagues.
    • Delivering a person-centred approach to care for the residents and their families.
    • Recognising signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and knowing how to address these concerns.
