    Description


    Are you a compassionate, dedicated nurse looking for a rewarding career? We're looking for a Clinical Service Manager to join our client's care home team.

    As a Clinical Service Manager, you will enjoy an annual salary of up to £52,873 based on 40 hours a week.

    You'll also have the opportunity to work with a multi-professional team in a constantly evolving field, and make a real difference to the lives of residents and their families.

    As a Clinical Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

    Taking responsibility for a specific part of the home and delivering the highest level of care.
    Running the home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager.
    Providing mentorship and sharing your knowledge with colleagues.
    Delivering a person-centred approach to care for the residents and their families.
    Recognising signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and knowing how to address these concerns
