    Regional HR Advisor – Leading international business Location: Sheffield/Yorkshire Region (WFH 11⁄2/2 days a week)

    Salary:
    £35-38,000 + car/allowance + bonus

    Reporting to the Regional HR Manager you will serve as primary contact for all HR/ER solutions for our client's businesses across Sheffield & Yorkshire.

    The role includes providing guidance, counsel, and policy interpretation on Human Resources issues to leaders, and employees.

    This is a highly visible role that will suit a HR/ER professional that enjoys working in a fast-paced business, and someone who will be able to add real value to the Human Resources team.

    To deliver a customer focussed high quality and effective HR advisory service to employees and people managers on employment issues.

    Management of all absence cases including long term absence. Employee Assistance Programme.
    To deliver training on HR processes, procedures, and employment law through workshops and 1 to 1 sessions.
    To maintain accurate HR records, provide efficient administrative services.
    To work within Company procedures, policies and initiatives, aligned to the employee value proposition to drive advocacy.

    To support the Regional Business Partner to ensure performance conversations, promotions, reward and recognition, talent, and succession planning initiatives happen.


    CIPD level 5 or above, or exceptional HR experience
    Proven experience of providing practical HR advice to a broad range of stakeholders
    Full UK driving license
