    Site ManagerAre you wanting a new role as a Site Manager? Are you a Freelance Site Manager? Are you looking for a Long Term role?My client is currently looking for a Site Manager on an existing MOD base.

    This is a large major project for a Tier 1 Contractor.

    This project has a number of phases and and will include elements of refurbishment, re-roofing, recladding as well as demolition, groundworks and new build.

    It is a mixture of commercial and residential buildings, this project goes through to the back end of 2025.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Taking care of SubcontractorsSmall programming worksQuality ControlCoordination meetings with subbies & tradesSnaggingHandover of different phases of workYou will be reporting into the Project Manager on site and working alongside several other Managers.

    This is a long term project.
