- reviewing, negotiating legal documentation related to restructuring & insolvency matters (including security enforcements, and business sales).

Our Client, a hugely respected global law firm with a number of high profile and national clients, are seeking an ambitious, innovative, motivated and Restructuring & Insolvency Associate to join their dynamic and driven Disputes and Investigations team
The ideal candidate will have a non-contentious restructuring skill-set, with a background in financing structures as well as corporate transactions, ideally with some exposure to contentious matters or an interest in developing their contentious skills
