- Manage construction projects within the Retail, Commercial, Distribution, and Residential/Mixed-Use sectors, with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience.
- Oversee projects from inception to successful delivery of the construction phase.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing and delivering small to medium-sized construction projects.
- Possess excellent technical knowledge and core skills required for successful project management.
- Demonstrate commitment, energy, and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects/client accounts.
- Proficient in key project management tools including MS Programming Systems, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for project progress reporting, tracking, and presentation.
- Familiarity with Risk Management processes.
- Strong understanding of JCT and similar building contracts, competent in the role of Employer's Agent/Contract Administrator.
- Capable of monitoring project costs and implementing necessary measures to control overspending risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Proficient in meeting deadlines and communicating any deviations in a timely manner.
- Effective influencing and negotiating skills.
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining trust-based relationships with clients.
- Proficient in team leadership, providing clear direction and fostering confidence within the team.
- Conduct business with integrity and professionalism.
- Display a desire to succeed and continuously increase knowledge and expertise.
