    Position Overview:

    As a SAP Dealer Management Business Systems Analyst at client, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the utilization, configuration, and management of our Dealer Management System. Collaborating closely with automotive retail teams, your role will focus on maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our dealership operations through the SAP DMS solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • with stakeholders to understand and analyze dealership operational requirements.
    • the configuration, customization, and utilization of the Dealer Management System to meet business needs and enhance dealership operations.
    • comprehensive system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for the DMS functionalities.
    • with IT and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and maintenance of the DMS with other relevant systems or applications.
    • training to dealership personnel and create documentation to facilitate the effective use of the Dealer Management System.
    • the DMS performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements to streamline dealership processes.
    • updated with industry trends and advancements in DMS technology to provide insights for optimizing dealership management.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Automotive Management, or a related field.

    Proven experience (5 years) working with SAP Dealer Management Systems in an automotive dealership environment.

    Strong understanding of dealership operations and processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions based on SAP Technology.

    Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and managing SAP Dealer Management Systems, with knowledge of automotive industry-specific functionalities.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot DMS-related issues effectively.

    Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across dealership departments and levels of the organization.

    Ideally having experience in Proaxia DMS processes and configuration.
