    • Fabulous opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon at an independent practice in Filey, North Yorkshire

    • Generous benefits package including a salary of up to £60,000 DOE We have a rare and wonderful opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join an independent small animal practice in the picturesque coastal town of Filey, North Yorkshire. Established for over 30 years, our client prides itself on their close-knit team and forward-thinking approach to veterinary medicine. They are currently expanding their vet team and are looking for someone with ideas, enthusiasm, and a passion for animal care. You will have the opportunity to work in a stunning location surrounded by natural beauty. Filey Beach, voted number one in the Sunday Times' list of the 50 Best British Beaches, is just a stone's throw away. There are also plenty of hiking and cycling paths to explore, as well as water sports like coasteering, paddleboarding, kayaking, and sailing. Our client offers a supportive and friendly team with a variety of interests and expertise. With passions for medicine and dentals, and expertise in chronic pain management and acupuncture, surgical expertise, and medical interest, there's something for everyone The practice itself is fully-equipped with the latest technology including digital and dental x-ray, ultrasound and an in-house laboratory. There are also plans in place to increase the number of consult rooms to further improve their cattery facilities.     The Rota:

    • Full time role - 4 day week (part time applications will be considered)
    • 1:6 Saturday mornings (9am pm)
    • No Sundays or Bank Holidays

    No OOH The Benefits:

    • Competitive salary from £35,000 - £60,000 DOE
    • 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
    • CPD allowance of £1500 plus 5 days funded
    • Certificates supported and funded
    • RCVS and VDS memberships paid for
