JUNIOR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

JUNIOR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE ROLE:


  • Assisting with arranging external meetings against projects, demonstrating exceptional standards of customer care, contributing to repeat business
  • Ensuring that contact with new customers happens without delay, helping them to understand how the business will support them, fully managing their expectations on processes
  • Coordinating and managing the team's customer pool ensuring all contract details including NDAs are in place and that regular communication and performance monitoring is maintained with customers working on assignments
  • Supporting the management of GDPR compliance in respect of the database
  • Ensuring that records are kept in line with and adhere to current legislation and that Data Protection requirements and the company processes and professional standards are properly maintained
  • Taking ownerships of database activity reports, ensuring that data is captured in a timely and accurate fashion, and that appropriate guidance and support is given to individual members of the team so they can utilise the database system directly

JUNIOR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE ESSENTIALS:


  • Experience in handling highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Working in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent standard of computer literacy
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and written and verbal communication skills
