    Description

    Are you a skilled Sales Progressor with a minimum of 2 years experience?

    This role is from Monday to Friday with no weekend shifts, working from 8.45am to 5.30pm.

    You will be a key support to the conveyancing team, ensuring efficient business operations and quick transaction completions.

    Day to day responsibilities include:

    • Overseeing property sales progress from offer acceptance to completion.
    • Coordinating with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and agents for information exchange.
    • Regularly updating all involved parties on transaction statuses.
    • Serving as the primary contact for clients, solicitors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication during conveyancing.
    • Promptly resolving issues and inquiries in a positive and professional manner.
    • Requesting and reviewing solicitor progress updates.
    • Ensuring timely completion of all necessary documentation.
    • Monitoring land registration for efficient sales progression.
    • Staying updated on property transaction regulations and compliance standards.
    • Proactively identifying and resolving potential sales process challenges.
    • Conducting weekly stock reviews to advance file progress efficiently.
    • Collaborating with relevant parties to address challenges and keep the sales process on course.
    • Providing outstanding customer service, keeping clients informed and reassured throughout the sales process.
    • Managing client expectations and handling concerns with professionalism and effectiveness.
