    Description

    Are you someone with a background in process/chemical engineering in FMCG manufacturing? Our client has an exciting opening for an Applications Engineer in Birmingham to join their growing startup with VC backing where innovation is at the heart of everything they do.

    As an Applications Engineer you will use your deep knowledge of processes and data analytics to report to customers on water saving.

    Manage installation and projects with large FMCG customers
    Visit sites and survey installation locations
    Analyse data from installation and quantify savings to clients
    Recommend improvements to technical team and manage their implementation.
    Incubate new applications and help determine business case

    MEng/BEng Chemical or Process Engineering is a must, as well as...
    Knowledge of data analytics such as Python or R
    Able to travel internationally
    Computer literate (Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite)
