    Description

    React Native Developer - Start up - Up to 100k - LONDON - Hybrid

    The role:

    You will lead the creation, development, and execution of software solutions in alignment with our company's vision and user requirements and play a pivotal role in making crucial technical decisions that will define our company's future, including selecting technology stacks, architectural frameworks, and third-party services.

    • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration by actively participating in building a high-performing engineering team.
    • Ensure the scalability, security, and optimal performance of our product.
    • Engage with users to gather feedback and address any product-related issues swiftly and effectively.

    Required Skills:

    • Over 5 years of experience as a mobile engineer, with a proven track record of delivering and launching significant product features.
    • Proficiency of over 3 years in React Native, TypeScript, and relevant frameworks/libraries.
    • Previous involvement in startup environments or as a founding member of a new project/team.
    • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in the fast-paced startup atmosphere with a commitment to progress over perfection.
    • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and architecture.
    • Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions promptly and take ownership of features from conception to production performance.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Legally eligible to work in the UK.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Exceptional leadership capabilities and adeptness in team-building.
    • Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Google Cloud.
    • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment pipeline practices.
