Attractive salary plus an EV Company Car
Full-time, permanent contract
As the Commercial Training Manager, your responsibilities would include:
Delivering a range of Construction and Roofing NVQs (Level 2 to Level 7).
Working closely with the Head of Operations to deliver a range of commercial training qualifications for the Construction and Roofing industry.
Planning and mapping NVQ delivery to ensure core mandatory and optional modules are integrated.Marketing the suite of qualifications to contractors and installers nationally.
Ensuring candidates' portfolios and evidence of teaching, learning, and assessment are demonstrable and fit for quality assurance procedures.
The ideal candidate for the Commercial Training Manager role should have:
Level 3 Award in Education (AET) and or Assessor Course (A1)
Extensive experience of designing and delivering training programmes (on-site assessment)VTCT Level 3 Certificate on Assessing Vocational Achievement (QCF)
Proven experience in delivering Training Programmes in Construction.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
