    Description

    Contract Manager Opportunity in Major Projects

    • Demonstrate extensive experience in contract management within major projects.
    • Possess strong analytical skills to interpret data accurately.

    • Contribute to the success of key projects.

    As the contract manager, you will provide post-contract management support to major projects, ensuring contracts are administered appropriately in line with obligations and procedures.

    The Contract Manager will work directly with the Lead Project Manager, showing flexibility to support multiple contracts, including smaller projects.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Monitor performance against contract requirements, including cost management and variations.
    • Manage financial aspects of contracts.
    • Prepare and negotiate subcontracts.
    • Monitor supply chain performance.
    • Support key supplier performance.
    • Lead client-facing contract meetings.
    • Attend in-house project reviews.

    Skills & requirements:

    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
    • 2+ years of NEC contract experience.
    • 2-5 years' contract management experience in major projects, preferably in nuclear or engineering sectors.
