    The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing six secondary schools, 13 primary schools, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire and Coventry. A further 2 schools will join the ATLP in the near future.

    The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership are looking for a committed and motivated individual who is experienced in undertaking maintenance tasks, to ensure our school is safe and maintained to a high standard.

    As a Site Manager, you will manage and undertake planned and reactive site duties to support all school maintenance needs and health and safety requirements, in support of the Trust estates strategy. The successful applicant will be responsible for the line management of site assistants and use the electronic estates management system, Every, to manage jobs.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about developing experience within a school site environment, supported, and guided by our dedicated Estates management team.

    Experience and background

    • experience in basic maintenance excellent communication skills, confident engaging with a range of individuals ability to work effectively within a team knowledge of health and safety

    Location: Anna Seward Primary School, Bridgeman Way, Lichfield, WS14 0AL

    Working pattern: Monday to Friday (6:00am to 2:00pm)
