This role is a hybrid working in the newly refurbished Newport office Monday & Tuesday, with the rest of the week from home This role is full time with flexible working hours between 8am to 6pm.
What you will be doing:
- Working as a Team Member within the Payroll Reconciliation Discrepancy Team.
- Responsible for investigation and clearance of Debtor and Creditor Payroll Reconciliation Discrepancy queries across more than one client to within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Completion of Journal Vouchers to amend the General Ledger and supplying the necessary backing documents for audit purposes.
- Maintain and update information on reconciliation spreadsheets.
- Resolve queries, escalate as necessary (i.e. a team leader/manager/other group).
- To schedule and prioritise allocated work on a daily basis.
