Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medication management
  • Provide first aid and emergency response when necessary
  • Implement behavior management techniques to support clients
  • Offer hospice care and emotional support to patients and families
  • Assist with activities of daily living including meal preparation and personal hygiene
  • Deliver patient care following established care plans

Skills:


  • Experience in senior care, nursing homes, or related healthcare settings
  • Proficient in medication administration and management
  • Knowledge of first aid procedures
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively
  • Familiarity with hospice care practices
  • Competent in home care services and meal preparation
  • Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months


Pay:
£14.40 per hour

Expected hours: 32.50 per week
