- Analyze stakeholder objectives and document requirements for Technology projects
- Agree on user requirements with business and IT stakeholders
- Lead requirements gathering workshops, process definition, and monitor issues, risks, and dependencies
- Contribute to business architecture and solution design
- Work closely with Solution Architects and Development teams on defining Technology solutions
- Drive and execute strategic roadmaps
- Assist in developing test plans and execution
- Keep the Project Manager informed on project statuses
- Ensure service levels meet current and future business needs
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Strong BA experience in Financial Services
- Knowledge of vendor platforms, RFQ platforms, and FIX connectivity
- Testing experience with manual and automated methods
- Understanding of low latency order management and trading
- Good knowledge of Bond and Credit Derivatives markets
- Full project life cycle understanding
- Proficiency in Front Office Process
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines
- Strong communication and writing skills
