- You will have proven experience leading teams (this role is 5- 10 people) and working with multiple stakeholders to deliver quality software, implementing both agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Some experience developing with C, C++ or Ada, with a solid background in software engineering including use of scripting languages.
- A passion for software engineering, with the ability to innovate and think critically to solve complex software problems with a willingness to develop software skillsets.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment, communicating and contributing to design and implementation and integration decisions across multiple projects and sites (no travel required).
- We are looking for a good communicator, someone willing to present new ideas and be able to influence stakeholders, including Project Leaders and Department Leads.
- Strong technical documentation writing and reviewing skills.
