- Managing a mixed caseload of Intermediate and Multi Track cases;
- Complying fully with agreed service standards;
- Communicating effectively with individuals and insurer clients;
- Training/case planning with trainee case handlers and any supervision duties as directed;
- Attending and participating in weekly meetings;
- Attendance at networking events and business development;
- Dealing with administration and any other duties as required. The successful candidate needs to have significant experience of running their own caseload dealing with vulnerable road users and previous experience of dealing with moderate to severe brain injuries. They must also have a proven ability to deal with all aspects of litigation particularly in the Multi Track, from the issue of proceedings through to trial. You must be computer literate and able to undertake your own typing. In return the firm is offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Excellent opportunity for a Legal Executive/Senior Case Handler to join a leading regional firm in their Complex Claimant Personal Injury team in Bristol.
The team specialises in personal injury but in particular injuries suffered by vulnerable road users such as cyclists, motorcyclists and pedestrians, and those who have suffered moderate to severe brain injuries.
A combination of office and home working will be required. The successful candidate will be required to work from our Bristol office up to 2 days a week. On the days that you are not working in the Bristol office, you will be working from home.
