Description
Responsable d'une équipe de 3 à 4 personnes, vous assurez le management direct incluant le suivi RH, l'organisation de l'équipe et le bon suivi de la réalisation des objectifs.Basé à Londres , le poste requiert une mobilité pour répondre aux différents besoins (+/- 30%).
1) Suivi et support aux filiales :
De manière continue, l'équipe assure l'interface avec les filiales, étant garante de la bonne communication et de la correcte remontée d'information.
Le Subsidiary coordinator supervise l'accompagnement technique des filiales dans des problématiques comptables, analytiques et/ou fiscales. Il participe également à l'amélioration des processus existants afin de renforcer la pertinence et la fiabilité des informations disponibles. En lien avec tout autre service financier, il suit la performance des filiales (gestion de la trésorerie, respect des règles et échéances définies, établissement des liasses fiscales, ...).
Il prête assistance aux directions financières des filiales en fonction des besoins et urgences (y compris, remplacements éventuels).
2) Revue régulière des informations remontées par les filiales :
Chaque semaine, l'équipe revoit et consolide les rapports hebdomadaires, étant le garant de la bonne compréhension des problématiques et enjeux reportés par les filiales.
Mensuellement, l'équipe revoit les comptes de reportings envoyés par les filiales en lien avec le Group cost controller et son équipe. Vous piloterez le suivi régulier de la performance des filiales (revues mensuelles des rapports).
3) Réalisation de revues financières :
L'équipe sous la supervision et avec l'implication directe du Subsidiary coordinator réalise des missions de contrôle régulières pour s'assurer du respect des règles et des bonnes pratiques des directions financières des filiales.
4) Le subsidiary coordinator assure le suivi, l'accompagnement et la formation des équipes.
Il s'assure que les référents pays ont une bonne connaissance de leurs filiales (contrats, particularités, comptabilité, problématiques fiscales ou partenaires, ...) et montent en compétence sur les capacités clés à la gestion financière des filiales.
De manière ad hoc,
- En lien avec le group cost controller et le coordinateur finance, soutien dans l'élaboration et le déploiement des projets transverses,
- Participation lors des missions en filiale à la formation des équipes sur place en fonction des besoins exprimés,
- Vous pouvez contribuer au support financier et fiscal des équipes M&A dans les projets d'acquisition d'actifs.
Profil et compétences :
- Master (Bac+5) : école de commerce, école d'ingénieur avec une spécialisation finance ou master universitaire en finance, comptabilité, audit ou contrôle de gestion,
- 3-10 ans d'expérience professionnelle au sein d'un cabinet d'audit ou d'une direction financière,
- Connaissances requises en comptabilité, contrôle de gestion, fiscalité et normes internationales,
- Flexibilité, mobilité (+/-40%) et adaptabilité sont impératives,
- Bon esprit de synthèse et d'analyse,
- Rigueur,
- Bonne connaissance des logiciels Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
- Une expérience à l'étranger ou dans un contexte multiculturel est un plus,
- Anglais et français obligatoires.
