Inverclyde HSCP Head of Mental Health, Addictions - Greenock, Inverclyde, United Kingdom - NHS National Services Scotland
Description
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles.
We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
With the complex challenges of a post-industrial setting, compounded by the disproportionate impact of the pandemic, Inverclyde is a place where high levels of deprivation and need present complex, but rewarding professional challenges.
As part of Inverclyde's Health & Social Care Partnership you will play the lead role in the development and delivery of services to those affected by mental health, addiction or homelessness.
You'll measure success in positive outcomes for people, greater integration in provision models and a governance model that supports well-managed risk, and positions service users' interests at the centre of all we do.
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde encourages applications from all sections of the community. We promote a culture of inclusion across the organisation and are proud of the diverse workforce we have.We support applications from across the Armed Forces Community, recognisingmilitary skills, experience and qualifications during the recruitment and selection process.
