Exciting opportunity to join the Knowsley Long COVID Service with flexibility to work across the Merseycare footprint. Join a multi-disciplinary team providing care to residents suffering from long COVID effects.
Seeking an autonomous practitioner responsible for assessing, planning, and coordinating care for people with Long COVID symptoms. Provide holistic care sensitive to population needs as a key member of a core MDT.
Required: MSc degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent qualifications and experience to utilize advanced skills and expert knowledge for improved health outcomes.

Main Duties of the Job
Provide clinical leadership, role modeling, mentorship, and support within the service. Screen referrals, interpret medical results, assess patients, and collaborate with MDT for intervention plans.
