    Job Description Customer Success Consultant (Renewable Energy)

    Our client's software team leads the charge in constructing a global investment analytics platform for the energy transition.

    Their suite of seamlessly integrated software products empowers users worldwide, allowing them to evaluate and benchmark assets across diverse market scenarios, revolutionizing energy market analytics.

    Embraced by top-tier energy companies and investors, this platform is reshaping the landscape of energy market analysis.

    We're presently on the lookout for an entrepreneurial-minded Customer Success Associate to join our client's team, representing the Customer Success function within the EMEA region.

    The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing the regional hub, blending innovative decision-making with exceptional communication and process management skills.

    This role promises an opportunity to thrive in a creative, intellectually stimulating, and supportive environment, fostering the development of a unique skill set encompassing product expertise, SaaS processes, account management proficiency, and cross-cutting analytical abilities.

    Collaborate closely with Customer Success leadership to efficiently manage resources across software accounts in the EMEA region.

    Devise and execute proactive strategies to support and engage with software accounts, maximizing user satisfaction and value throughout the customer journey.

    Forge relationships with key superusers to drive adoption of our client's software suite and gain insights into various business use cases.

    Engage in cross-functional collaboration across the global team to drive value for regional software accounts, resolving issues before they escalate.

    Minimum of 2 years' experience in consulting, tech, energy, finance, or related fields.
    Entrepreneurial drive, creative problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering value in a B2B environment.
    Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and analyzing complex quantitative data.
