    • Experience: Whether you have recent experience or not, your understanding of the sector allows you to comprehend the significance of providing care to our residents.
    • Role: Apart from providing practical assistance with a friendly approach, serving as a key worker, managing personal plans, conducting quality audits, and performing SVQ assessments, you'll also play a key role in leadership. You'll be responsible for task allocation, scheduling, performance evaluation, staff training, and contributing to quality enhancement initiatives.
    • Continuous Development: While you bring care sector expertise and a relevant SVQ level 3 qualification, you'll have access to ongoing training and opportunities to acquire professional certifications to broaden your skills.
