As our Graduate Telecoms and Communication Engineer you will be part of our team developing solutions to complex technical questions and in-service upgrades for Submarine platforms within the Engineering Project Group.
You will be working across the breadth of the engineering design lifecycle to support the current projects, such as our Dreadnought class and Astute class submarines and work on the future bidding activity of the department.
You will be assisting in providing professional engineering services to meet the future operational needs of naval platforms, the Submarine business and customer programmes.
You will play a pivotal part in developing integrated engineering solutions focussed on the Internal Communications Systems of our current and future classes of Submarine.
From requirements and architecture development to equipment selection, integration, test and through life support you will be embedded amongst experts in this broad field.
2 in your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering biased towards Radio or Network design or, Physics with a strong bias towards Radio Frequency or Fibre Optic Engineering.
