Description
Are you a passionate sales person with a background in delivering results and have a strong network in the hospitality industry ? This role is home based but you would be required to travel to prospect sites across the UK as is needed.
To discover and pursue new sales prospects that create a strong sales pipeline that delivers growth in the Hospitality/Hotel Sector in line with the business strategy.
New Business Sales PlanDevelop, agree, and implement a sales plan for exceeding sales new business targets within the defined sector, targeting large independents and groups of hotels
Form strategic partnerships with others to leverage business opportunities and to widen networks.
Self-generate sales leads through proactive networking including participating in industry events, networking, liaising with trade bodies and in-depth research.
Take responsibility for final commercial offering, ensuring profitability is line with the business strategy. Where necessary present a robust commercial business case to justify any deviationMaintain suitable contact with the client to be able to effectively assess the quality of service delivery; Remain curious about their business and increase knowledge and understanding of their opportunities and challenges
New sales business experience gained in a professional service sales environment, not product
Experience in selling services in the hospitality sector, preferably hotels
strong network in the hospitality sector
Significant experience of the full sales cycle and new business development
Experience of using CRM systems (ours being "Salesforce")
Driving licence
