We are a leading creative and performance agency seeking a seasoned business development director to drive our agency's new business development.
As an ambassador of our work and services, you'll have previous experience in an agency environment in order to play a critical part in our direct business development activity and lead our strategic approach.
Working directly with the CEO and Brand Director as part of the senior business development team, as well as a business development manager.
Marketing working group to help plan and manage marketing activity across paid, owned and earned channels.Client Services team to help onboard and grow new accounts.
Operational and financial services teams for financial reporting.
Identify and profile potential new clients for retained and project work, ensuring that all departments are serviced.
Work collaboratively with our Brand Director to support where required on intermediary activity and inbound opportunities.
Support on developing further our pitch qualification and implementation process to maximise efficiency and outcomes.
Provide clear reports on performance and pipeline, attending weekly commercial meetings and quarterly operational board meetings.
Develop, manage and mentor the business development manager and any future hires, focussing on building a positive, results-driven culture.
Ensuring new business CRM activity is kept up to date and accurate.Comfort in building and nurturing informal networks to achieve goals.
As well as a competitive salary and bonus structure, you will receive:
