- Proven experience in a Senior Commercial role within the property development or construction industry (essential)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of building successful partnerships.
- Experience working for a UK Housebuilder/Developer (essential)
- Knowledge of UK property market dynamics, regulations, and industry best practices (essential)
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on delivering business objectives.
- Adept at analyzing data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or relevant professional qualification preferred.Package:
