    The ideal candidate would represent the FIRST brand as a dedicated resource within our Solutions division and assume the role of Event Technology Coordinator.

    • The Event Technology Coordinator will support the Event Technology team with operations of technology, event websites/apps, data management and other analytics.
    • Support team with event registration websites, app builds and all technological aspects of our events
    • Database management to ensure consistency of information, accurate data, inputting new data when required and generating lists upon request
    • Effectively communicate with internal and external clients over the phone, in person and via email; responding to all client emails within set SLAs.
    • Assist in contacting clients for relevant information pertaining to the event
    • Coordination of name badges, tent cards, place cards, departure notices, email confirmations, agenda, signage etc. where appropriate
    • Lead onsite registration procedures, including training temp staff and monitoring attendee participation.
    • Travel periodically to oversee attendee logistics and registration for offsite events.
    • Create and distribute post event client surveys
    • List manipulation to provide team members with relevant registration data, year on year statistics, and insight into varied elements and event analytics

    QUAIFICATIONS, KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
    • Related experience in Data Management and Event Technology including entry level meeting planning and coordination (preferred but not essential)
    • Highly motivated, able to work independently
    • Exhibit strong work ethic, patience and a winning attitude
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Flexible and willing to work outside normal business hours (evenings & weekends)
    • Ability to travel for events when required
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office – specifically with Excel

    ADMINISTRATION & GENERAL

    • Assume responsibility for own environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety policies while having clean smart surroundings
    • Work intelligently and ensure that your line manager is aware of problems or issues which negatively affect productivity
    • Build excellent relations with team through positive communications
    • Ensure knowledge is shared within the team to enable them to work smarter and more efficiently
    • Work on ad hoc requests as required, typically during quiet times
