    Description

    Relais & Chateau at Thornbury Castle are seeking a dynamic and driven Wedding Executiveto join our professional sales and events team.

    Set on 15 acres of beautiful land, Thornbury Castle Hotel is the only Tudor Castle operating as a hotel in England.

    The Castle has recently completed a multi-million pound refurbishment program bringing back to life the regal grandeur of its past.

    Located 20 minutes' drive from Bristol, it offers 26 bedchambers and suites, an award-winning restaurant, bar and two unique meeting and conference spaces.

    Our company goal is to deliver "refined and personalised hospitality" to enable our hotel to be a place where all guests can relax, enjoy themselves and have a break from normal life.

    We are looking for a driven, dynamic and experienced wedding coordinator, who would relish this exciting opportunity.

    If you believe you could be the next passionate Wedding Executive to join the team at the Castle, we'd love to hear from you.

    Be the first contact for all wedding enquiries.
    Greet all function organisers and bride for each wedding.

    Carry out show rounds, organise and attend wedding fairs and internal events to promote the Castle and its unique offerings.

    Meet targets, KPI's, schedules, follow company policies and procedures, and comply with all health and safety regulations.
    Ability to deal with all enquiries and provide information and quotations via phone and emails.
    Previous experience as a co-ordinator is preferred but full training will be given
    26per annum, depending on experience
    ~ Additional bonus based on objectives.
    ~ An additional share of service charge (about 4k per year, based on business level)
    ~ Full time – 40 hours per week worked over 5 days and may include weekends. (5 days sick pay after 6 months service
    ~28 days holiday including bank holidays
    ~ An additional paid day off on your birthday
    ~ Complimentary stay at the Castle after 3 months' probation successfully passed
    ~ Training programs (internal and via external professionals) and access to online training facilities
    ~ Staff and family rates on hotel accommodation and discounts on food and beverage
