    b-spokes Deliveries Limited is actively seeking an experienced Operational Site Lead to manage a dynamic parcel distribution depot.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, collaborating with multiple clients, fostering teamwork, and maintaining a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.


    Operational Management:
    Effectively manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to meet operational demands
    Deliver and improve upon key operational metrics, performance indicators and service levels
    Communicate operational performance effectively, internally and to clients


    People Management:
    Oversee the onboarding and training of new team members and drivers
    Effectively manage drivers' performance to Key Performance Indicators.


    Client Relationship Management:
    Fleet, Recruitment, Finance) and senior management to achieve company goals and objectives

    Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Utilise data-driven insights to identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance
    Prepare regular reports on key operational metrics and performance indicators
    Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, integrating relevant advancements into depot operations
    Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field would be desirable.
    Proven experience in operational management within the parcel delivery or logistics industry is essential
    Proficiency in data analysis and utilisation of analytics tools
    IT literate, with a good working knowledge of the MS products in particular Word and Excel
    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and senior management
