- Collaborate with clients to design and implement measurement solutions, leveraging best practices from media measurement and technical perspectives.
- Utilize cutting-edge approaches and advanced mathematical and data techniques to deliver impactful results.
- Lead Marketing Mix Model (MMM), attribution, and other measurement projects, ensuring statistical rigor and real-world media relevance.
- Liaise with clients, directing projects from a modelling and mathematical standpoint, while maintaining a strong understanding of media dynamics.
- Work closely with Data Scientists to bridge the gap between client needs and analytical solutions, ensuring high-quality outputs presented in a client-friendly manner.
- Experience in a similar role within a Media Agency environment, delivering MMM and attribution model projects.
- Proficiency in Bayesian and linear regression approaches; familiarity with other machine learning techniques is advantageous.
- Extensive experience in data mining and analysis, including designing methodologies to address ad-hoc queries.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to client-facing environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams across various workstreams and projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Market Mix Modelling and Digital and TV attribution.
- Excellent data visualization and storytelling capabilities.
- Proficiency in coding, preferably in R or Python; experience with R Studio or Jupyter notebooks is a plus.
- Solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
