Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
Accounting Qualification or Part Qualified (CIPFA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
Experience in financial management within customer-focused or public sector organizations.
Understanding of public sector finance and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical skills and up-to-date knowledge of financial standards and practices
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable guidance.
Proficiency in financial systems, reporting mechanisms, and data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate, innovate, and build effective teams.
