    Insurance and Reinsurance Disputes - Senior Associate - From £130,000

    An outstanding opportunity to join a leading international law firm as a key part of their market-leading Insurance and Reinsurance team.

    An opportunity to join a globally revered department to advise on highly complex, large-scale insurance and reinsurance disputes. The successful candidate will have the chance to represent insurers and reinsurers in litigation, arbitration and ADR.

    The Candidate:

    • Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 Years' PQE
    • Strong insurance and reinsurance coverage and disputes experience gained in a leading firm
    • Extensive knowledge and experience representing clients on Financial Lines, Directors & Officers and Warranty & Indemnity
    • Experience drafting policy wordings and endorsements is highly beneficial
    • Demonstrable technical, commercial and sector expertise relevant to Financial Lines, D&O or W&I
    • Exemplary communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
    • Commercially astute
