    Digital Product ManagerRate:
    £310-£350 per day, inside IR35
    Contract Length: 12-month contract with possibility of extensionLocation: Hybrid based in London (1-2 days per week)

    Client:
    Global multimedia software company.

    This role as a Digital Product Manager within a massive multimedia software company offers an opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the customer experience through their core website.

    The successful candidate will have significant experience in driving testing and optimisation initiatives, leveraging A/B tests, analysing insights, and crafting innovative roadmaps to enhance user experiences.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute roadmap plans for digital products, focusing on testing and optimisation strategies.
    Lead A/B testing initiatives on their website to gain valuable insights into user behaviour and preferences across different geographies.
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualise, develop, and launch B2B and B2C digital products.
    Utilise testing tools (Target preferably) to implement testing and optimisation strategies effectively.
    Champion a culture of innovation and fresh thinking, constantly challenging existing processes and exploring new ideas.
    Contribute to the enhancement of team culture through collaboration and effective communication.


    Experience Required:
    Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience within a large organisation, preferably within the tech industry.
    Proven track record of developing and launching digital products from concept to launch.
    Strong understanding of Product Management principles, with a focus on testing and optimisation.
    Experience in managing A/B testing initiatives on websites.
    Ability to think creatively and challenge conventional approaches to problem-solving.
    Proficiency in Spanish and Italian languages would be a significant bonus.


    Additional Details:


    The role offers flexibility with hybrid work arrangements, with 1-2 days per week in the London office and the possibility of remote work.

    The contract is initially for 12 months with the potential for extension, with a start date as soon as possible.2-stage interview process.
