    Provide administration and organisational support to the Chief Operating Officer.


    • Own and manage the construction contract storage/database.
    • Maintain and monitor project close out activity and dates post practical completion.
    • Own and manage the TSK 'aftercare' portal, ensuring that all post project requests from clients are handled and closed out in a professional and timely manner.
    • Ensure look-ahead planning of activity with supply chain and in house operatives.
    • Support for compliance team - ISO, supply chain and general administration support.
    • Support ongoing implementation of Procore and undertake audit inspections.


    Desire to support continuous improvement within the Delivery team and across TSK - feeding back lessons learned to inform future sales efforts and project delivery.

    Providing project coordination support to a fast paced on-site operations team.


    • Use of Procore software.
