- Experience of commissioning support and/or sourcing/ procurement in a large complex organisation including effective market engagement

About the Role
To ensure compliance with the Public Contract Regulations and Contract Procedure Rules whilst applying pragmatic and risk based advice around procurement activity.
Leading on and managing procurement projects to ensure that commercial risks are addressed and the best outcomes are achieved for local people including proven value for money.
To assist the Commercial Specialists in maintaining a clear strategic view of overall requirements across the category/ies.
