Role Purpose: The People advisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the employee lifecycle from an HR perspective and driving employee engagement. You will be the on-site people representative for our manufacturing operation located in ChelmsfordIn this role, you will ensure that our people are equipped to develop their careers and are supported by inspiring and being proactive with our people managers.You will have the opportunity to initiate and drive people initiatives and develop engaging content.
