    What are welooking for

    This role will supportboth the Talent Acquisition Director and the People and TalentDirector. We are looking for someone who is motivated driven andinterested in growing their knowledge in the TA and Peoplefunction. Bringing prior TA experience you will work closely withthe TA Director to source and screen candidates supporting thebreadth of the business.

    Roles& Responsibilities:

    TalentAcquisition;

    • Working closelywith the Talent Acquisition Director sourcing and screeningcandidates
    • Managing variousschedules for interviewing candidates across various timezones
    • Accurate use of theATS for robust data as well as LinkedIn and additional advertisingplatforms
    • Ensure equalitydiversity and inclusion is at the forefront in our recruitmentpractice
    • A strong focus oncandidate experience throughout the interview process to maintain astrong brandreputation

    Peoplesupport;

    • Provide first linesupport to employees on policy related queries; holiday absencemanagement family friendly flexible working and ad hocrequests
    • Creating andsending contracts ofemployment
    • Manage theOnboarding journey ensuring that new starters receive an efficientand informativeexperience
    • Collatinganalysing and actioning new starterfeedback
    • Overseeprobationary periods checking in with new starters and managers andsend out confirmation or extensionletter
    • Managing andprocessing employeebenefits
    • Take minutes informal meetings
    • Oversee theoffboarding process forleavers
    • Collating andassisting in the administration of the monthly payroll submissionensuring checks are consistently completed and absolute accuracy ismaintained
    • Updatingand maintaining our HRIS (HiBob) to ensure data and reportingaccuracy
    • Providing variousHR reports from HRIS on a monthly and adhocbasis
    • Organisebusiness wide socialevents
    • Organise adhocwellness days
    • Maintainingour office and keeping on top of officesupplies

    Requirements:

    • Provendelivery in a recruitment agency or inhouse TA team at resourcinglevel
    • Strong planning andorganisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectivelyand work totargets
    • Willingness to learnwe are looking for someone who is excited to develop their HRcareer
    • Strong analytical andcommunication skills with excellent attention todetail
    • Confident in learninghow to use HRsoftware
    • Confident in usingExcel or GoogleSheets
    • Strong communicationskills (written andverbal)
