- Working closely with stakeholders to develop the London and global client development programme, with the opportunity to take ownership of the management of several key client relationships.
- Proactively understanding industry trends to develop insight and spot opportunities.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and internal specialist teams to support client pitches.
- Developing marketing collateral, thought leadership campaigns and social media content.
- Working with internal teams to develop PR and sponsorship opportunities.
- Supporting client events.
- Coaching associates and business support professionals on BD best practice.
- Managing group internal communications, intranet content and internal profile-raising projects.
- Strong previous BD and/or marketing experience gained in a professional services environment.
- Knowledge of, or a keen interest in the Real Estate sector.
- Experience of relationship building and opportunity spotting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly organised, with experience of project management.
