    Location: 31 Alston DrMilton Keynes MK13 9HA

    Salary: Up to 45kDOE

    Hours: Monday Friday 40HPW

    Pareto are currently looking for anElectrical Engineer to join us on a permanentbasis.

    We are looking for the most vibrantexciting enthusiastic candidate. We want team members to beoutgoing customer focused always willing to help and always willingto own a problem to completion.

    The person needsto be a team player who will always go above and beyond toachieve.

    They will always support the customer inevery action.

    This role reports into the WorkSpace Manager based on site and will be responsible for supervisingan engineer in training

    KeySkills:

    • Indepthknowledge of electrical engineering.
    • Must beable to work unsupervised to a highquality.
    • Able to design new systems andadditions to existinginstallations.
    • Electrically biased but with agood knowledge of mechanical and buildingservices
    • Must be familiar with the generalrisks and hazards associated with building work includingasbestos.
    • Minimum of L8 Awareness formaltraining
    • A great understanding of legalcompliance; as well as how to achieve and maintain it to a highstandard
    • Great communicator for both internaland external stakeholders
    • Have a good eye forinnovation and improvement of existing systems andprocesses
    • Must have great knowledge ofMicrosoft Windows based systems andGDrive.

    MainResponsibilities:

    • Overallresponsibility for timely completion of all maintenance andreactive tasks associated with client assets. The first line ofresponse for all associated M&E and Fabricissues.
    • Carry out regular and periodicinspections (including all statutory mandatory requirements andinsurance inspections) to maintain the efficiency and safety ofM&E installations including fire safety firefightingequipment and security systems. Liaise with client staff overspecific requirements.
    • Maintain records andcomputerbased record management systems to nationally agreedstandards including statutory testing and inspection technicalrecords files diaries drawings andreports.
    • Carry out all necessary maintenanceworks on M&E services and installations includingelectrical systems heating and hot water installations and be ableto competently supervise works on fire alarms and security systemsworks machines lifts and any other relevant systemsetc.
    • Ensure works are completed to standard andagainst budget and meet with key client requirements andsatisfaction reporting back at regular intervals to the Pareto FMAccount Manager and client electedliaison.
    • Support the arrangements in place toenable subcontractors to undertake routine and emergency breakdownmaintenance both in and out of hours.
    • Assistthe client in setting maintenance priorities forward programmes andbudgets.
    • Assist with the preparation delegatedplanned maintenance projects. Prepare schedules and specificationsand place orders. Audit supervise/ check works oncompletion.
    • Where requested provide technicalM&E advice and support to theclient.
    • Liaise with other professionalsundertaking project work and contribute site and maintenanceinformation where required.
    • Liaise with theclient and other Pareto FM staff to develop and disseminatenational best practice in M&E maintenance andprocedures.
    • Liaise with and participate in siteand property teams and provide technical input in other areas e.g.security health and safety risk assessments utility infrastructurescounter disaster planning and other appropriateinitiatives.
    • With the client ensure theeffective implementation of the Asset Management Plan to inform theplanning and management of works across theestate.
    • Undertake other works of a similarnature as required and directed by the client and Pareto FM AccountManager.
    • Be thegoto person for the client when an issuearises.
