Key responsibilities:

To maximise income from a broad and established portfolio of grantmakers
Assist the Trusts and Foundations Manager in raising income from major value trusts and grantmakers
Use a range of research tools to proactively identify and research new trusts and grant opportunities
Ensure high quality cultivation and stewardship of donors, putting tailored account plans in place for each funder
Support the planning and delivery of donor visits, events and meetings
Maintain up to date trust fundraising records

Skills and knowledge:

Excellent communication skills, written and oral
One year's trusts and foundations fundraising experience or equivalent fundraising / communications experience
Excellent relationship building skills
Experience of putting together successful proposals or BID's
