- Experience of working within a similar role – ideally manufacturing or construction
- CIPS qualified or working towards it
- Experience of using an MRP/ERP
- Assist with the onboarding of approved suppliers
- Process and investigate invoice queries
- Manage tender process for goods and services
- Generate POs to meet manufacturing requirements
- Daily review of MRP requirements
- Negotiate Supply Agreements and Purchase costs
- Ensure timely delivery and quality standards for goods and services
- Provide updated on Supplier Delivery Performance
- Carry out audits of suppliers
- Assist other sites with direct and indirect purchasing requirements
- Identify, source, and negotiate terms and conditions for supply
- Other adhoc duties
