    In the role of Duty Manager, you will experience a diverse and engaging range of responsibilities. This includes overseeing staff, recruitment, training, handling customer inquiries, boosting memberships, preparing reports, and participating in meetings. As a representative of Places Leisure, you will need to be a proactive individual willing to lead a team and guarantee the smooth operation of the center on a daily basis.

    In this role, managing a large team, prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a leisure facility would be beneficial. As a Duty Manager, being a certified first aider would be advantageous, showcasing your first aid expertise. We seek an individual with exceptional skills in customer service and leadership.
