Description
£27,000 + Basic salary

  • Based in Godalming
  • Private Healthcare after probationary period
  • Some parking (first come first served)
  • Death in service x 4 basic salary
  • Contributory Pension scheme 5% employers' contribution


  • Monday

  • Friday 09:00 17:30 Core hours 104 (Flexi time available up to 12 extra holiday days)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (3 must be kept back for Xmas)

Overview:


Our client is a very well-established Company in the Financial sector and they provide an excellent working environment and training.

The Company have a very friendly culture and do occasional Company days and nights out. There is plenty of car parking available for staff members at the front of the building.


Job specification:


  • Maintaining and recording client data and transactions
  • HMRC reporting
  • Updating and maintaining database records
  • Maintaining schedule of dates to process all administrative duties.
  • Logging copies of all correspondence with the help of your administrative assistants

Person specification:


  • Ability to multitask, planning plan own workload to meet business requirements and service level agreements.
  • Previous
    Financial Services experience is essential.
  • Numerate, with good Microsoft Office skills
  • Organisational skills and ability to delegate to junior members of staff.
  • Articulate,with ability to speak to highnetworth individuals and senior level staff.
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills
