£27,000 + Basic salary- Based in Godalming
- Private Healthcare after probationary period
- Some parking (first come first served)
- Death in service x 4 basic salary
- Contributory Pension scheme 5% employers' contribution
- Monday
- Friday 09:00 17:30 Core hours 104 (Flexi time available up to 12 extra holiday days)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (3 must be kept back for Xmas)
Overview:
Our client is a very well-established Company in the Financial sector and they provide an excellent working environment and training.
Job specification:
- Maintaining and recording client data and transactions
- HMRC reporting
- Updating and maintaining database records
- Maintaining schedule of dates to process all administrative duties.
- Logging copies of all correspondence with the help of your administrative assistants
Person specification:
- Ability to multitask, planning plan own workload to meet business requirements and service level agreements.
- Previous
Financial Services experience is essential. - Numerate, with good Microsoft Office skills
- Organisational skills and ability to delegate to junior members of staff.
- Articulate,with ability to speak to highnetworth individuals and senior level staff.
- Good team player with excellent communication skills
