- Supervise and mentor audit team members, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance audit methodologies and processes.
- Collaborate with partners and senior management to drive firm initiatives, contribute to business development efforts, and promote a culture of excellence.
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Previous experience in audit within a reputable accounting firm, at the Manager level.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proven leadership abilities, including experience in managing and developing a team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple engagements effectively.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
